The people here are very nice. One issue though, is they supposedly close from 1:30-2:00 for lunch. That's cool. But I got there at 1:25 and they had everything closed up. Just stay until you say you will, that's all I ask. But they are nice folks and generally really

I have been getting my parents and my wife's prescriptions from this location for years. I have to say we all have noticed a shift in the way this pharmacy has been operated lately and we appreciate it. I am not one to write a review, like ever, but reading through these negative reviews I felt obligated to do so. My parents are middle eastern and my wife is African American. Not one single time anyone in that pharmacy treated us with anything less than respect and compassion. The racist comments are absolutely a copout and quite frankly rhetoric and disgusted approach. There have been one attempt in particular of which Ive personally witnessed a customer flipped her $$$$ and literally threatened everyone behind the counter (complete craziness) staff handled her with a lot more grace than I would. Crazy what people will do for their narcotics, I was that guy years ago.

I had a horrible experience in this store. The Pharmacist who said she was Dr. Taylor sounds like the blond Pharmacist referred to in some of the complaints I read. Especially those that point to racist attitudes as a possible motive for the rude treatment. It certainly is something wrong and I agree that she needs additional training. This woman was so rude that she ordered me to go to Walgreens and when I told her she could not tell me where to go, she said "Watch Me" in a loud voice and slammed the drive thru window shut. It was drama through-out and I will never go back. I am filing a formal complaint with the TN Board of Pharmacy because nobody deserves to be treated with that type of disdain!

CVS is currently advertising they do international Covid-19 testing which should be complete within 1-2 days before individuals get on their international flight. CVS charges people $129 to do this test, but the Covid-19 results do not come back for 6 days. Customers are then referred to the MinuteClinic to get a refund, but MinuteClinic staff state there is no guarantee when Covid-19 test results will be back. I have tried to call two CVS corporate office customer support numbers to report this issue and to get a refund, but when you choose the option for customer support, they hang up on you. In short, CVS is committing consumer fraud. They are charging people for international Covid-19 tests when they know the test results will not be returned within 1-2 days.

I had came in there on a Friday night recently and picked up my prescription. Time was efficient. I didn't have to wait which was nice. The pharmacist was pretty friendly assisting me.. I've browse somemore afterwards and when I was ready to checkout, there was a lady standing there, wish I got her name but she probably wasn't wearing a nametag, just rudely started staring at me like I was about to steal something..! She didn't have to say anything or did anything. The issue was she was she intentionally just stood there & didn't say hi or budge in asking if I needed help. I knew she was racist. When I self checkout my items, normally I'll receive coupons because I'm a regular, & for me to ask her a simple questionz, she gave me an attitude & said, "You're coupons must have expired" & without even having to bother checking for me. I used the apps many time & majority of coming into any cvs, I get help everywhere I go. Im not the type if person to complain because I couldn't grt extra percentage off..Main problem was she doesn't deserve to be on the clock & get paid if she couldn't do a dang thing!! smh I've decided I'm not coming back ever again.

The blonde lady manager is very rude and disrespectful toward my mother and never step foot at this location.She needs retraining on how to treat customers or maybe a pharmaceutical for herself.

24 hrs posted but at 10pm the employee steps outside looks around briefly goes inside and locks door. you can see her thru door sitting down just going thru her purse. i go bk to car ph # only goes to pharmacy. 20 mins later several other customers come bang on door employee finally comes 2 ladies enter and she locks door again. myself and 2 other people that were sitting in car rush to locked door. employee puts her finger up like wait and walks away no communication. strange customer service. we just decided to leave.

The man named Isiah who works in pharmacy needs a refresher in customer service. He gave. E the wrong prescription and also the wrong amount. He was surly, condescending, and argumentative and rude. He didn't answer my questions, was uninterested in finding solutions. He kept referring me to the manager. Makes me want to stop taking my prescription! What a jerk!

I came here to pick up a 16x20 photo. The lady behind the counter was great and quick! It was raining outside and she double bagged my picture to keep it dry. I was very happy with my experience.
