“Amanda the manager and Collin the paint mixer were both very knowledgeable and helpful with my paint needs. I have been to other Farrell-Calhoun stores, but this location is by far the best!!”
“Nobody can touch this place. They are made in Memphis and it is unbeatable quality and price. So grateful for my favorite painter (Joshua Doty with Painters Plus) for introducing me to them. Jimmy & Joe are the best in the paint making biz.”
“The Staff are always nice & friendly and very knowledgeable. I get all my Wallpaper & Paint, for All My Projects for the past 36 years... Professional Roman Adhesives”
“I use Farrell-Calhoun Paint for years but this was the first time at the Quince location. Cliff was very helpful to figure out my little color problem.
This will be my location of choice for the future.”
“The store manager, Laketta, greeted me when I walked into the store and provided the best customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had multiple needs and she addressed them all with kindness and a great sense of humor. The other staff members were awesome as well. Joseph and Abdiele were very friendly with all smiles. I can truly appreciate a full staff of excellence. You all have a customer for life!”
“I love this place. We just moved to town and I greatly appreciate the convenience, the fair pricing, the staff and the cleanliness of the store. The kitty makes it an even easier sell to get the kids to come along.”
“We have been using this Sherwin-Williams since moving to East Memphis 5 years ago. The staff and managers have consistently been very kind and helpful. Of course, the paint quality is great but we also go here for the people.”
“Staff does a great job hustling the morning rush of pros then being friendly with the homeowners. They all really seem to know what they are doing with paint mixing. I've never had any problems here, just wish the parking lot was bigger.”
“Josh helped me out in a tight pinch! Had a painter scheduled for the next morning and needed paint close to closing time. Josh waited for me to get there after close, provided samples and helped me out to get the best price. Josh went above & beyond!”
“Great customer service. I have been to several stores in the area and this one is by far the BEST store!!! The manager KNOWS what he is taking about. Extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.”
“We took in an old paint can with splatters on its sides . The paint was used on a four board fence at home and had been left here by prior owner. Well we ran out of paint during repair and took the can to Memphis paint. They were incredible. Came up with a perfect match. Go there it's an incredible store”
“Hey Hey Hey! Henry provided awesome customer service that definitely has me wanting to only visit this location. ?? 5 stars for Henry and thank you for a great experience.”
“Needed help on color selection but store was semi busy and appeared understaffed. I figured it out myself but was disappointed. I need to send homeowner to a Sherwin Williams store but now I'm concerned about what kind of help they will or won't get if other stores are like this one was today. Hopefully this was a one off day at this store.”
“By far, this is my favorite Sherwin-Williams location. Entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Even the store manager made sure everything was getting done to perfection. Keep up the amazing work! ?”
“Don't bother going to Blowe's or Home Cheapo to get your paint. You'll spend half an hour wrangling an overworked employee to the paint desk and they won't actually have painting insight. This is a paint store and their job is to help you with your paint needs. I was in on Sunday 3/20 I think and the lady was very nice and helped us pick out complimentary colors to what we already had and narrow down a selection from a daunting amount of options.”
“Visited store and associate by name Eric was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Is rare to come across with down-to-earth associates who care about their customers. Bought 5 gallons of super paint on my visit. Took advantage of the 40% off promotion. Will be returning and recommending this location.”

“I needed assistance with paint, colors, and a consultant to plan for upgrades to my house. I was assisted by Mr. Taylor who greeted me and was both pleasant and knowledgeable of products as well as services offered. It was refreshing to be welcomed to the store and shown appreciation as a customer. I will be purchasing paint from this store for my properties partially due to the employee’s great customer service.”
