Tiffany was very helpful when answering any questions that I had after having rented online. The facility was clean and well lit; I had no problems finding my space.

This used to be an old target bldg. My only complaint is our 15x10 unit was at the very very back of bldg. I noticed quite a few available closer to front. So this was a heck of a walk to put our stuff in storage. They have loading doors in back of bldg but they won’t allow you access which would have been great. if I had known I would get this spot I probably would have shopped elsewhere. The reason I believe I got this unit so far to the back is bc I setup the rental online bc I was told it would be a little cheaper than in person. So be aware if you do just what I did you bc your unit maybe in another zip code. Man it was a long walk. We were thankful we had 3 other friends helping us. They did have some flat carts we could use along with our two other 2 wheelers.

I rented a 5x10 everything was fine then after I left they closed it out as vacated and rented it out same day to someone else so when we showed up after a very long day of packing and moving (office was closed) my code would not work!!!!!! My family was sooo mad at me until we found out the next day what had happened. We had to pay for an extra day on the truck and that was the least of the issues this caused!!!!THEN the next day after I finally got it straightened out I walked in with my small sweet service animal and was berated with questions and lots of eye rolling at me!!!!Customer service and attention to details or laws of the land not a strong point at this facility. I have always used extra space but I rented from public storage this time because short notice and it was a Sunday when extra space is closed!!! Never again will I rent from public storage and I will be moving my stuff soon to extra space. Oh lol I got a 1 day credit for all the nonsense.
