  I took my six-month-old schnoodle, Sheba, to Puppy Dreams, and it’s an amazing experience every single time! Sheba did such a great job—acting all proud and strutting like she had somewhere important to be, looking cute and fancy. 😂 I highly recommend Puppy Dreams because they truly care, they’re always on time, and make the whole process stress-free—exactly what your pup needs.

  I go to Puppy Dreams to have my little Cali groomed every 5 weeks. My groomer is Starla. Cali is 10 and has seen Starla since she was a young puppy. Cali loves Starla, and she never hesitates when it’s time to go to the groomer, or when I drop her off, and she’s always a happy dog when I return. Starla cuts her just the way I want, and is consistent every time. I highly recommend Puppy Dreams. I staff is great to work with too!

  Let me start by saying, I was not going to leave a review but these “manger” attitudes are becoming increasingly unprofessional.
  We originally picked our boys up from the groomers, everything was fine. I was happy about their cuts, even gave the groomers a generous tip. About a couple of days after, my dog began scratching uncontrollably. I took him to the vet, and learned the shampoo used by the groomers caused him a skin infection. He had red scaly skin, and flakes underneath. Now my dogs is a miniature schnauzer so of course they have multiple layers of hair. My dog was given antibiotics and now has to use anti fungal shampoo. Before we left, I went ahead and booked their next appointment because we like to stay on top of their grooming days. I didn’t contact Puppy Groomers a week later because these things can happen. Our yorkie poo was fine, so I just treated the issue and we decided to cancel our appointment today for tomorrow. I spoke with a nice gentleman who stated he would like for me to let the manager know so they could pinpoint the shampoo used, fine, sure. The manager was extremely rude and started to say “well we can’t say he got it here, and why didn’t you tell us” and just going off. I said ma’am I know exactly where it took place but this was not a “blame” call I was just letting you know we had to cancel due to one of our dogs skin issues. I didn’t even ask to speak with you and was not even going to leave a review because things happen..but for the manager to insist something else happened or as if we asked for a reimbursement on fees or doctor visit was beyond me. So I decided to leave a review due to the mangers rude behavior!

  We got our Benji from here in October and it was the best thing ever! We bring him back for grooming! Catherine is AMAZING!!! She always does a great job with our Benji boy!!

  Puppy Dreams is my go-to place for all my pet’s needs! Starla the groomer is incredible - she takes care of my dog, after the visit, my puppy is the most beautiful dog in the city. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I appreciate their attention and professionalism, and I recommend this place to any pet owner looking for top-notch grooming and care.

  We started going to Puppy Dreams when our groomer, Starla, moved there after Woofgang Bakery closed. Starla, is a great groomer, who is very caring and loving to our fur babies, Misha and Bella. They love her! She always does a great job on the girls and they love going back to see her. The staff is excellent. So, if you are looking for a great groomer…please check out Puppy Dreams!
