“I had a relatively small, but extremely heavy piece of equipment to ship back to the manufacturer. Staff opened the door for me (wheew!), and quickly determined what they needed to get it shipped. It was a super reasonable cost, too! What a relief!! I've been worrying about this for over a month, and that was so quickly managed!I'd tried packing it myself, but it was messy and I was very concerned about the safety of the item. So, I went ahead and took it to the FedEx office. It wasn't that busy, despite being right around 5, and soon Devin helped me. He weighed it, measured it, and determined what kind of box would work (a large one cut down as it turns out!), and very quickly I was checking out. I was very impressed, pleased, thankful, and relieved. Devin gave me the receipt with the tracking number, and said I was good to go! I'm sure the staff will make sure the item gets safely to its destination!”
