“My mother collected recipes for most of her life. I decided to take her recipes and create a book so all the family members - kids, grandchildren & great-grandchildren - would have her recipes as well as photos and a little history of our family throughout the years. I was able to accomplish that through InstantPublisher. The website made it easy to get a quote, choose all the different printing options, and instructions on converting my document into the appropriate format for publishing. Chris was especially helpful in helping me make the final decisions on how to bring it all together. I just received the 416 page cookbook and it looks so amazing and professional. Even though it was a large book, they were able to print it and ship it to me well ahead of a family event where I'll be able to hand them out. The website enabled me to see each step as it made its way through the printing, cutting, binding & shipping stages. Very pleased with the service, quality and pricing. Highly recommend.”

“The young man that waited on came outside to my truck and picked up the air conditioner my daughter was attempting to pull out. I was amazed that he was giving us that kind of service. It took us less than 5 minutes to get in and out with task complete. The two young men they have deserve praise and a raise. I got there about 5:30 pm.”

“I've worked professionally with HOT Graphics for 3 years. Their color, quality and customer service is outstanding! Any issues are resolved PRE-press and the orders are ALWAYS delivered on time or early.Other printers may quote lower prices, but you'll end up paying on the backend with bad color, packing damage, late delivery and your time wasted communicating to get it right. These guys ROCK!”

“My wife and I are so impressed with Clarke's Quick Print. We have used them since we moved to Memphis in 1976 when we were on staff with Campus Crusade for Christ and every month they printed our prayer letter. Just this week Caleb and Katie in Germantown printed 5000 Bible verse cards for me to share with others. Both Caleb and Katie are friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful! It could not have been a more pleasant experience and the cards look great! We love to do business with companies that have such excellent customer service and quality products! Sincerely, Doug and Jo Lancaster”

“I’ve always been impressed with our local UPS Store in Collierville, but they recently exceeded my expectations. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They recently assisted me with printing personalized business cards and letterhead, and the entire experience was outstanding. Not only were their prices very competitive, but their customer service, attention to detail, and incredibly fast turnaround time were second to none. I used to assume I could get better deals ordering online, but I’ve learned that you simply can’t beat the combination of price, quality, and personalized service that The UPS Store provides. It’s refreshing to do business with people who truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend the Collierville UPS Store for all your shipping AND printing!”

“Kisha was AMAZING!! I'm from out of town and my wife was attending a ceremony at the FedEx World Headquarters and needed something printed in a crunch. Kisha, let her smile show through her mask as she assisted me while maintaining social distancing. Her quick and friendly service made all the difference. She should be on a FedEx customer service committee or something. Haha anyway thank you Kisha for all of your help! Your spirit is contagious and I'm glad to have met you. I hope your career with FedEx blossoms!”

“We are leaving our Office Depot purchase in our van for several days before unloading it because of the virus. In that sense our transaction is not totally finished. But now we would tell you the service provided by Wilson & several of his colleagues could not have been more wonderful. Professionalism, critical thinking & care made the sale possible. We are 73, w/ medical issues & didn't want to come in. Product found online. Staff handled our payment & 3 bookcases were loaded in our van as we waited in the van. Just terrific problem solving & care. Efficient too!!”
