Chris was super helpful, informative, and polite during the rental process. The facility was nice and clean and he even swept out our unit for us even though there was very little to sweep with the exception of a dust bunny or two.

This place is so FRESH! The staff (Chris and Tina) put all my worries to rest when they showed me a great price with an amazing venue!When it came to the individual size of the units:As "Neil DeGrasse Tyson" would say if he were renting a unit here at StrongPoint Self Storage:: "There is vertically more than enough room in my unit and in all of these units to store and stack those musty Home Depot boxes all the way up to the International Space Station, past the wispy Stratosphere, and even into the Heavens themselves!" ..When it comes to my legit excitement about this place, let me JUST say...That as a customer, I am serious. Especially when it comes to deals, and especially when it comes to things that are Awesome... ALSO - another HUGE plus for me was knowing that the units were so new, that I realized I would be the first person to store my things in my new space! I was even happier to know that no one else had their old Christmas tree ornaments, or their stringy old yarn and 1970's earth-tone blankets from "MeeMaw's House" previously occupying my unit... Yuckerz.. But I did not have to even worry in the slightest about any of that "mental fictional imagery".. Because I knew this place was and always would be maintained to the highest degrees of cleanliness at all times, no matter how many of "MeeMaw's musty blankets" have touched the walls or floors...EVERYTHING is clean, everything is safe, and everything is laid out in a way that makes complete sense... I have already told 2 of my buddies who were in this very terrible rock-band here in Memphis, to just: "Give up your dreams with the concept of making people Happy with music.. because you guys are terrible at life and even worse at "making" Music! Please fellas... just give it a break already, and find a place to stash that ratty gear!..." The unit I was now renting was so large that by storing their rusty guitars and broken snare drums, there was ear-freedom for me right within my own unit...The fellas were cool with it, because I knew their stuff would be safe, secure, and protected! LONG STORY SHORT: THANK YOU STRONGPOINT for allowing me to stow away their instruments, their vanity, and their utensils of "Broken Dreams" and unrealistic hopes within Music... Please know that I am joking on "some" of what I just said... However, it does not matter how long this review is... BECAUSE, anything that I cannot fit here in this review, I know I could fit it in my new unit with STRONGPOiNT SELF STORAGE!Also, Chris and Tina Rock!
