We were treated good, but the vehicle we purchased turned out to be bad. We have had already issues with the vehicle since we bought it just 3 months ago. First few weeks, the vehicle ran awesome, but as we almost hit the one month, we noticed the first issue. Took it in to the dealer and they looked it but said it was normal. Second issue (AC causes a boiling sound under the hood) came just a few days after and they told me to take it to Ram dealership directly due to extended warranty. Due to delay in diagnosis, my appointment will be a in a few days. Third issue just started yesterday with a weird sound coming from the wheel to which we believe is a wheel bearing issue. Long story short, just please check your vehicles before you buy because obviously they don’t to at least make sure their buyer won’t have issues that soon after purchase.

I had an amazing experience in this car dealership-- everything went perfectly. I got a low APR and Alain Perez was so helpful. I'm here at MO and after they received my documents I got the car the next day. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment because I am having some brake issues with my vehicle. My scheudle appointment was 7:20am and I arrive a little earlier that morning. The service advisor name Ben and Travor came to my car. We discuss the issue with the vehicle and Trevor test drove the car with me as well. During that time I played a recorded video of the noise my brakes was making and Trevor heard the popping metal noise. I ask Ben and Trevor can they allow the Tech to inspect my brakes to make sure everything was okay. They both said sure we will. They parked my car on the back side of the lot and it sat in the same spot from 7:20am to 12:15pm. I stood outside by my car and walked around it for hours and they never ever did not inspect my vehicle which is still under warranty. This car is only 10 month old. I watch several of cars that was service and went completely off the lots with the customers driving away while I am still waiting for them to pull my car into the bay. Wolfchase has camera's on the parking lot, inside of the building and I am quite sure there are camera's inside of the bay area.I was so extermely tired of waiting and I know they was totally ignoring and did not want to service my vehicle as if the company belongs to them. My phone has a app the will notified me that my door or window is unlock and if I am on the telephone talking it will automatic go to my bluebooth in the car. I was on the phone the whole entire stay and of course walking back and forth checking on my car.Finally, I decided to contact the General Mgr Matt Trumbo. When I approached his door I meet the service manager as well. I explained to them both and played my video. Both of them mention that I was not suppose to wait 5 hours just to get a diagnose inspection of my vehicle. While I was in Mr. Matt Trumbo office I notice that my video will not play immediately then it done on me during that time the technician apparent was in my car for that brief moment while I was trying to play the video because it went into the bluetooth mode and connected to the car. I estimated it took about 2 minutes for me to contact the General Manager after I walk back inside the building and after I noticing my car still sitting in the same spot at 7:20am that morning.Both the GM and Service Mgr look surprise. After I sat down and within 2 minutes the service mgr said they look at my car and discover everything is normal. I was too tired to explain how I knew they did not service my vehicle and how the service advisor was not telling the truth. And if they did not believe I was telling the truth roll their survelliance cameras back and look at the footage. It will be impossible to inspect that strange popping noise coming from the back of my vehicle without inspecting the vehicle completely and removing all 4 wheels of off the car to listening for he clicking noise as well.Workers like Trveor Donovan who made the decision I believe whether or not to inspect my vehicle and Ben Leonard agree with him was very unfair to me as a customer and make Toyota looks extremely bad. But they do not look at the end of the day they can be endangering someone lives by not inspecting the customers vehicle. I assume it must be a game that the service advisor(s) plays but at the end of the day Toyoto Corporation is the company that the consumers complains too about their vehicles. Life is not that hard it is the people in the world making it hard for othersI have partronize Toyota for years purchase several vehicles and service all of my vehicles. I purchase a vehicle from Wolfchase and my saleman name Brain Taube was very professional and I he was Awesome an excellent guy. Then all of a sudden comes a couple of bad apples that laughs and enjoy making life harder for others. I know the GM and Serv Mgr do not know all of the things that I experience that particular day. The service advisor name Ben ask me to give him a good rating. Ben is a good person I believes but he allowed Trevor Donovan presuade him to do something different that day with me and decided to just say

On October 18th I purchased 4 brand new tires. While at work about to go on my lunch break I discovered my tires were flat.I got some air in them but the next morning I was about to head to work and they were flat again. Toyota got a tow company to pull my car from home and they did some damages to my vehicle. My fiancée spoke with Mr. Skinner he assured me he would take care of it and he did just that. Long story short Mr. Will Skinner is absolutely the best!!! He kept his word and he kept me informed about everything. Thank you Mr. Skinner!!!!

Our salesman Mo was amazing I needed in a new car fast and he listened to everything I was looking for! He went above and beyond he was patient with me and everything he showed me lined up with what I wanted he truly is an asset to Toyota. He checked every single box that a salesman could have THANK YOU Mo and to the entire wolfchase team! Tammy the finance manager hooked us up with everything for our warranty’s and broke everything down and was patient explaining what everything was for and broke down pricing for us she is a boss! Honestly this was just the best outcome I could have ever dreamed of and I know who I will refer my friends to in the future.

AD was wonderful! I had to wait for my car to come in and he was so patient answering all my questions and keeping me informed. He wasn’t pushy at all and I felt comfortable making my choice. He was helpful and went over all the details. The financing went smooth as well. Everyone was so friendly! Will definitely go back ?

After I bought a Toyota camry, I used this place twice for oil change, because they are located closer to my home than any other Toyota dealership.Had already set up a 120K service including transmission fluids and some other stuff.Stopped by today to schedule an oil change, as a service person came walking past me, he asked what my business was, i told him i needed to schedule an oil change.As he kept on walking, he said I had to schedule online or leave the car on the lot, and they would do when they got to it.Then he just walked off.So I left, called and canceled my 120K service.I will be driving a little further and use Chuck Hutton from now on.Stay away from this business, they clearly don't value you as a customer.

In the beginning everything seemed fine. I purchased my 2018 Toyota Camry in 2019. I've been allowing them to service my car the entire time. I never allowed anyone else to tamper with my vehicle.A few weeks ago after getting gas my engine light came on, so I took it to see what the problem was. First they said my computer wasn't reading probably because I have a stereo system or possibly my alarm system that I purchased later that's causing it not to read. So they suggested I do an electrical diagnostic. I dropped it off on a Thursday and today is Wednesday. During the electrical test they couldn't find anything Yet so they said that they were going to remove my alarm to see if that's the problem and put it back at no charge if that wasn't the issue. That wasn't the issue. So they sent me 2 critical things that needed to be fixed 1. The electrical wiring (4600) 2. Exhaust (1800) so at this point I can't afford these services so I told them I would come pick up my car. Here's the problem, when they pull my car around it was so loud til the guy that was driving was like, that's not right. I was in tears. The only solution was a quick fix, to weld something back together and send me on my way. Then I get home and realize that they didn't put my alarm back in place. So I called and they just plainly stated that they wasn't doing that. I was speechless to say the least. I've never witnessed anything like it. They made me feel like I was a Liar and that I was trying to get over on them. When I'm spending my money. I'm completely disappointed and at a lost.

Customer service, communication, and efficiency are NOT priority at this location. I made a 3 p.m appointment for an oil change and did not leave till 5 p.m. I had to ask if there were any issues found on the vehicle from the " inspection" after being directed to sign and pay. This company's culture stems from lack of "leadership" and "management". There is absolutely no consideration on quality service to the customers that chose to bring their vehicle there to be serviced. I will never return.
