Why is the store closing at 1145 pm. It says online your open till 12. What is really disrespectful is when we pull up to get out and come in they lock the door . We was clearly seen. Bad service and worker's.

I wish there was an option for less than a star. They have a Baskin Robbins in this gas stop ... Just as overpriced as the corporate stores ... you would think for the price you would get a quality product but you don't ... my roommate went in a few weeks ago and bought 2 hand packed quarts which aren't cheap they are $7.99 each plus tax so you end up paying between $17-$18 after tax ... the ice cream wasn't good it has 2 flavors in this option but was mostly one flavor and tasted freezer burned with ice pellet pieces in it we placed a complaint on BaskinRobbins.com we got a message from corporate saying the location would contact us to resolve the issue but never got so much as a email or a call from them. I think we are back to store bought ice cream where you can get enough ice cream to last a month or longer for the price we paid for 2 quarts from them. If your customers don't matter to you then guess what you don't matter to us either.

Sam & Katrina were working behind the counter. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and very sweet.

Two people were working but only one person was ringing customers up (a guy) while the other was just standing behind the counter watching the line form (a girl). Myself and at least four other people. The Customer in front of me either redeemed a lottery ticket or purchased one. When it was my turn I asked to purchase a lottery ticket I was told it was already closed....in a matter of seconds. Another lady behind me in line was also turned away for the same reason. Shouldn't there be a set cut off time for things like this? I have bought lottery tickets here as late as midnight. It seems like they just do what they want. The cashiers at this store become more rude and lazy by the day. Definitely won't be spending any more money here.
