Love this gas station. I like the location right off of Tazewell pike. Ever since they redid the parking lot it’s way easier to navigate the steady business this little breadbox gets. They have a good selection of everything I could want from a gas station with clean restrooms and an attentive staff. Great job shell at 7100 Tazewell!

So the only thing that's good about this particular Shell station is that it's convenient. I'm actually reviewing this gas station as I've now been 'robbed' of sorts twice from them. Today, 9/29/19, I stopped to get gas and used my Kroger rewards points, all 800 of them. That took 80 cents off $2.51 a gallon. I started pumping and $4.50+ in the pump cut off and asked if I wanted a receipt, thereby nullifying any discount going forward. I tried to print the receipt of which the pump didn't do as well. I went inside to ask what could be done and the employee says "sorry sir, nothing I can do". I realize this may seem petty to some but that's a substantial discount to not honor. I would also not post this if it were the only occurrence but this happened to me 2 months ago at the exact same pump.

We just moved to the Corryton area and this was the first gas station we stopped at. The employee was so nice and welcoming! We go as often as possible now. Very nice to know there is a nearby place where you can go and feel at home and feel so welcome. Great Job Shell!
