I got there really late for pick up, the gate was locked, so I called her and she came from home to get me the key. Previously, I had rented a trailer and couldn't get it hitched properly, she drove out and met me on her day off with her family just to help me get it secured (I had unhitched it to turn it around in a narrow space). Her level of caring in incredible, give that woman a raise!”
