I had a great experience at this location today. I was greeted by a lady named Asia first thing when I walked in. Very professional & kind. Got my needs taken care of in a very timely manner! 10/10 great customer service, go see Asia!! :)

I recently visited [ATT store/Covington TN] and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than helping customers. Loud music played in the background, making it difficult to communicate, and employees were openly discussing their lunch plans instead of assisting those waiting. On top of that, their attitude was dismissive and rude when I asked for help. I expect better customer service, especially from a company like AT&T. Hopefully, management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future visitors.
