This was the worse shopping experience ever!!! The only reason I purchased items from this place is because of my nieces. The workers kept walking by us and never asked if we needed any help. I was standing at the counter and one worker walked by me twice and never said a word until I said excuse me. She then turn around and yes I asked for the restroom and she immediately asked me was I shopping with them today? I guess if I said no the restroom would have been off limits. Of course we were the only people of color in the entire store and the way they acted I almost asked if we were suppose to shop here. I didn't want to cause a seen because I have dignity however I was really upset. The manager acted as if we were low lives off the street who come in out of the rain waiting for it stop and wanting a handout from them. I was so disgusted with this place. While purchasing my nieces' items the manager wanted to make conversation and proceeded to ask me did I need jewelry or shoes or a Cato credit card. I had absolutely nothing to say this person. She knew they did not treat us right at all. My back was aching and I was leaning on the rack by the shoes and my daughter looked at a few and then we stopped and stood by the register waiting to see how the items fit my nieces when all of a sudden the first black worker appeared, I guess she just got there, and would you know it, she came over exactly where we had looked at shoes checking to see any shoe was missing. Customer service stinks at this place and I will definitely not retuned there to shop. They treated us as if we were going to take some of their items. Just for the record I dont shop at Cato and not interested in anything in that store. I was there spending time with my nieces and they wanted to shop there. Never again!!!!!!! Never!!!!! Never!!! Never!!!!
