My daughter had an important Senior Capstone project due and she worked many hours on getting the pictures, formatting, sizing, etc. When she cane to pick up her order, it was not what she expected and was truly upset. CeCe & Ashley sat with my daughter, listened to her vision of what she was wanting, & helped her come up with a plan. They treated my daughter as if she was their own! They could tell how important this project was and the hard work she had put into it! In the end, my daughter’s project came out EXACTLY as she wanted it to. Talk about saving the day! “Customer service at this store, ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I got a new phone by warranty and we had to wireless transfer all my stuff from old phone to new phone. I had 2 amazing employees Evans and a female (I can't remember her name) helping me. My phone took so long they stayed an hour and a half after closing hours just so I could have my phone finished. I didn't even ask them too, I was expecting to have to come grab my phone the next morning. They were both just so welcoming and all around amazing people to be around.”
