I am or was an existing customer until last Wednesday August 23, 2023 I was going out of town the weekend so I went and got a mani and pedi (last time) a young man rendered my service, HORRIBLE, he poured polish remover in the polish I guess cause it was almost empty or old. while doing my nails I showed him a spot he missed and shrugged it off and continue on. Thursday evening polish start peeling off gel and all if I hadn't been leaving early Friday morning I would have went back because I DO NOT HAVE $75 to blow on the wind!!!! So Lena I'm done!!! your business has dwindled down anyway because you use to have to sit and wait on services now they get right to you!!!!!!

I been needing to get my nails done for a while. I didn't feel like driving to my regular nail salon. Since I come by here I decided to stop and its never packed. I know the reason why now. Got medicure n shellac color change on hands and toes regular painted. First off no flip flops was given to put on my feet knowing I came in with shoes on and you expect me to walk across floor to wash hand. Toes painted good just big toe nail cut down too low. My hands, medicure equipment not santizied before using and nail edges where it was supposedly file are sharp across and not smooth. The paint job was quick so some of nails don't look smooth. It looks sloppy and it probably won't last a week. Its like a child painted my nails. I paid 60.00 for this mess. As they say follow your first mind. This will be my first and last time I will be going here. BEST BELIEVE THAT!!Services: Manicure

I came in requesting a dip removal and new dip polish. The technician "Andy" starts the removal process. My nails were rather long, do he inquired if I had tips.. no, no tips, all natural nails. He first clipped the tips of my nails, then proceeded to PRY the dip off my nail with an acrylic nail! I asked, what are you doing? You do know that is my natural nail??? I requested he soak my dip polish off, as I am accustomed to having. I have NEVER had any salon to try and pry nails off!!! And then thought I was going to allow him to redo my dip! No sir! I've seen and witnessed enough in this salon. As matter of fact, don't trim them, file them or buff them! This was horrible and it hurt! So much for pampering myself. If you go to this salon you will be tortured!!! DO NOT GO HERE! And it's not clean. They never pulled out sanitized instruments, so I was not having my natural nails/skin touched with what I saw. I didn't even wash my hands afterwards. I'll take care of myself at home when it comes to this place. Can't wait to get back to my usual salon. This was a horrible experience!

The service has gotten really crappy. I get the same thing done every time I go but the price is different almost every time. The service is not what it used to be, they rush you through, don't do pedicures as well as they used too and my nails are not lasting as long as before. The salon is nasty also! Looking for a new place to go!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

My nails are crooked and uneven. My pedicure was the same. Lena stated that it was my fault. Drilled them and left them. Unprofessional and hateful. To add to the mess of a job she did all of the ones in my right hand have come off. My daughter spent $215 to treat me fo a mani/pedi. She got the deluxe pedicure for both of us but that isn't what I got. I got a rushed soak and paint and Lena was on the phone most of the time she was supposed to be doing my nails. My daughter had a different person who did hers pretty well. Lena said that I had somehow caused mine to look bad. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked several questions while I was there and they didn't even look up. No response at all. They only spoke in Vietnamese. When I said this to Lena she said that's my language. I agree but it isn't mine. That told me that she didn't care about my questions that day. She already had our money so she didn't care about how I looked with that mess eitherThey should be ashamed of themselves for taking my daughter's money for a job rushed. And looking terrible. I refused to let them remove them when I went back. I've been sure to tell everyone and have been a walking advertisement for the poor quality of work you get from Lena's. Nobody should be blamed for the job except the person who did it and that was Lena herself. So, ladies save yourself some frustration and go anywhere but Lena's!Services: Pedicures
