Make sure your trailer temperature is at least -10Β°F (set point -20Β°F). I arrived early, but since it was hot summer weather outside, I had to wait several hours until the trailer cooled down to -10Β°F. After that, they charged me a whopping $258, which I consider very poor business practice. One star β and thatβs only for the free ice-cream.

Got checked in with -7t reefer temperature. No problem. They have an ice cream inside the shipping office. Itβs so cute for this hot weather :)

Great place...! We had a 7:00 PM appointment, arrived at 6:10 PM, and they gave us a door right away. By 7:14 PM, we had the green light, and they called us for the paperwork at 7:50 pm. Plus, they have ice cream! π Small gestures like this really make us drivers feel respected and valued. THANKS...

Nice guard and office ppl. Make sure temp is -10 with 50% fuel at least in ur trailer .

Place is a joke 258 dollar late fee even if ur here on time but not in temp in which its hard to reach temp no shade just sitting in the heat what a scam for that load trucks at night specially in the summer time never again
Got here at noon got to temp around 9pm

At the entrance to the territory you need to check in with the security, who will not let you in if the actual temperature on the reefer is above -10Β° (set temperature: - 20). I had to wait 5 hours at the nearest rest area until the temperature dropped to -10. Once you return to the facility with the proper temperature, security will tell you to move the tandems to the back and give you the number of the dock where you need to park your trailer. Donβt open the doors!!! Then go to the Shipping Office near the gate 28 and check-in. You will be called when the trailer is loaded (took me 2 and a half hours). Restroom in the Shipping Office.
