Not much to say about walmart, as they are all kind of the same. This one seems nicer than the Millington store, and i think they carry alot more stuff at this store. We come here about once a month.

I have receipt numbers so Walmart can look at camera footage of their employees setting up customers. Walmart cleaned up their gang employees about a year ago but it looks like it is in decline once again. Be careful in the Covington store. Walmart employees, working as cashiers at the self check out stations, are once again attempting to slip unpaid items in customer's carts intentionally. This Walmart has had a history of hiring deputy gang members and using them in their security. These gang members also take orders from the ID theft ring run by the sheriff and the general sessions judge. It is literally a racket. A Walmart employee attempted to have me walk out of the store with an unpaid case of cokes.
I usually empty my cart contents on the platform near the register so that I can put the bagged items I have rung up in the empty cart. This is so I can track items that I have rung up and bagged. I was just beginning to scan my first item, a case of cokes, and the cashier walked up pretending to want to help me find the bar code to scan. I didn't need help as I buy cokes once a week and I have always managed to locate the bar code. It was intrusive but I wouldn't figure out her motive until after I left the store. Anyway, I had lifted the heavy cokes to scan them and she bursts over "to help me scan" the item. Then she ended up ringing it up three times, voided them three times, and she waltzed around and put it in my cart. I began to place a bag over the cokes because she had rung them up or so I thought. That is when I learned she had voided the item three times. Suddenly, she expressed anger when she realized I knew the cokes were not rung up. She did grab the hand held scanner sort of angrily and growled in an angry voice when I insisted that she scan the cokes that she placed in my cart. Why would a Walmart employee literally stop me from scanning a case of cokes so she could ring them up herself, then void them, and return the cokes to the cart so I have to lift them all over again? She was hoping to have me walk out of the store with unpaid items. Oddly, this is the first time I didn't see an employee at the exit door to check my receipt and I also had a vacuum purchase. That item was not bagged and there should have been someone at the door to make sure I was not walking out with an unpaid vacuum. This is because they had hoped they could bust me for unpaid cokes after I left the store. Fortunately for me, I caught the gang member/employee in the act. I believe Walmart security is using employees to set people up to leave the store with unpaid items. Be careful because the local fraud of a justice center profits from the private jail and they encourage this illicit business from Walmart. This also helps the deputy gangs get their specific victims in the legal system so they can steal more assets from them. The deputy gangs have infiltrated the chain stores. Another similar incident at Walmart had a cashier, working with the customer behind me, slip items back into my cart repeatedly after I put them on the conveyer belt at full service check out. 12/24/21. It is right there on camera! I caught them before I reached the exit and returned to complain that they had returned an unpaid item to my cart. The customer behind me was in on it and they nervously offered to pay for the item they fraudulently put in my cart. I let them. Walmart employees also stole my phone at the store in 2022. They also stole my boyfriend's ID and his phone only months before he was killed and his account cleaned out. Later, Walmart security actually returned my phone to my door at home! Why does Walmart security know where I live? They also left a note that Walmart security was returning my phone. I called the police about this. Finally Walmart truck driver #140396 tried to intentionally crash my car. This is another problem but it falls under the staged accident ring that law enforcement and EMS run. Walmart in Covington TN is a great place to shop. It is Clean, Neat and Adequately Stocked. The Staff is Knowledgeable, Professional and Courteous. If you could not find an item, they would look it up and take you to the item. I also observed several Clerks preparing Groceries for Customers to pickup. The Subway inside is also great.

I had to act as my own cashier to check out. They had no on duty cashiers. The goods that they advertised.wdre not actually in this store or sight of them were unseen. I politely told them to take my 40 some goods and they can put them away and keep them for the next sucker. I left at that time.. poor rated store as far as I could see. Even the help could not help me find what I was looking for in their departments.

The online pickup is pretty good. I only gave a 1 star because the Automotive Department closed down early with no signs or anything. They did an oil change and didn’t have my filter and told me to come back which I did. I came around 6:15pm and the doors were locked solid and it’s suppose to close at 7, and a tech came out and told me, “ Welp my last tech went home at 6 so come on back another day sorry.” I just hate my time was wasted.
