“Wow, these guys did an excellent job on my pick up truck. The service was quick. They were honest gave me a thorough diagnosis and explanation of my problems. I can’t say enough good things about Cleveland and the guys.”
“Very easy to do business with, great prices. Tyler got everything setup during the week, and the team got me hitched up and on the road Saturday very quickly. Worth the three hour drive. Will be my first choice for next years trailer purchase.”
“Jimmy's Car Care Center is the place to go for honest, affordable car care. Will not rip you off and stands behind there work. Very Professional and family owned and run.
My wife and I have 3 vehicles over 22 years old and feel very comfortable Jimmy's car care will help us to keep them running for 20+ more years.
I can't forget Ace, Beautiful liver Shepard, great, loving dog.
GOD Bless Jimmy's car care family.
Russ & Kathy Baxter”
“I had a great experience with Automotive Solutions, especially working with Warren. He got my car in immediately, and the communication throughout the process made all the difference.
They were upfront, honest, and straightforward with me. They even told me that I didn’t need brakes rather than recommending work that wasn’t necessary. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days.
I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and honest feedback. I would highly recommend Automotive Solutions to anyone looking for a shop they can trust!”
“Great people, extremely helpful and friendly. Saved me when I blew a tire on 65S, gave me a great deal and had me back on the road in under an hour. can’t recommend enough!”
“My husband was traveling from work, Manchester TN to NE Ohio, when his front brakes locked up. The team at Hoffman's went above and beyond to take care of his difficult situation. They communicated with our family's garage back home, got him back on the road within hours and stayed late to get it done. We cannot properly express our gratitude. We will wear our Hoffman's t-shirts with a sense of deep admiration! Thank you!”
“My car was towed here after my ball joint came out. Had Mike the Tow guy drop it in the garage since it was inoperable and they fixed it the next day while being booked out the whole week. Also let me know my driver side control arm needs to be changed. I was expecting to be out of a vehicle completely for at least 3 weeks but bless these people for fixing it quickly and advising me on my driver side. Vehicle won’t be in operation until fixed but I’m glad to have it with me.
Sweetest woman, I believe Victor’s wife, also gave me a hug after being in tears of what could’ve been. Not too steep of a price and very kind souls in there. Thankful for you and your team!”
“Had car break down in Franklin on way up north. They came highly recommended and the are by me too. Picked up car quickly after calling and had the car fixed the next morning and ready for me to go. Thank you for your great service”
“The owner went way above and beyond to help me with repairs to my car due to the ice storm. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even cleared the ice to my car in the parking lot! I will be back!”
“I’ve had transmissions rebuilt by other shops and this is for sure my new go to shop. Truck came out shifting smoother than it ever has and doesn’t skip a beat. Let me know what went wrong with it and provided pictures aswell.”
“Scheduled a tow for this morning and Ryan Champa showed up on time. He was informative, professional and helpful. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I had to, I’d use them again.”
“Moose Proof is an EXPERT Saab repair shop!!! These guys are peerless in what they do, and they're honest and reasonable. In fact, they are so good at what they do, Saab owners across the nation will often ship their cars to Moose Proof and later fly into Nashville to retrieve them. That's an incredible endorsement!”
“Fantastic experience!
The team at Dunn Motor has truly gone above and beyond to assist us in purchasing a truck.
With a wide selection of excellent vehicles available, they made our car-buying journey completely stress-free.
Thank you, Dunn Motor!”
“Great communication, outstanding work. Very respectful and responsive. Price was more than fair. Will definitely be bringing my Chevy Silverado 1500 back in the future.”
“Great customer service and honest work! They are always quick and efficient and make sure everything is working properly before they give it back. Very kind people!”
“Robbie was fantastic! My tire blew and I had a short window to get both front tires replaced and still get to work in time, he got me finished with time to spare. Very professional, knowledgeable, and nice to work with!”
“I ordered a new battery for pickup. My current battery was NOT going to make it another crank. Literally turned it on on a prayer to even get to Walmart. Despite no longer accepting cars (around 6pm), Nate, Jacob, and Harley came to my rescue. They put the new battery in free of charge so ensure I’d be able to get to work tomorrow. Very grateful for them!”
“Thanks to the guys at SWAG! They helped me finish my 4Runner to get it set up better than it has ever been! They also
ran power front and rear for my wench and installed a new sound system. The whole process was great since I knew what I wanted but didn’t know where to start. Great crew with great experience!”

“Looks like a great place. I have never been here before but I like the sign. It just screams good service. The lettering and the colors are just wow. Who wouldn't take their car over to Tate's. I would if I lived anywhere close to cross planes. But I don't unfortunately.”
