A1 Storage

Self Storage
Hours: A1 Storage is a business that offers storage units with a focus on good customer service. Customers have praised the staff, especially Tiffany and Ellie, for being helpful, professional, and friendly. Tiffany is often described as courteous, personable, and an asset to the company, making the process of renting a unit quick and easy. Customers appreciate her ability to answer questions and handle concerns effectively, which helps build loyalty and encourages them to recommend the business to others. However, some reviews mention challenges with communication and office staffing. In the past, there were issues with slow responses, difficulty reaching staff by phone, and delays in callbacks, leading to frustration and regret from customers who experienced poor service. Recently, the company has hired someone to manage calls and be present in the office, which has improved responsiveness. One reviewer noted that calls are now being answered and returned more reliably, raising their rating from 1 to 4 stars. Overall, A1 Storage is recognized for affordable prices and a simple rental process, especially when working with Tiffany. Positive experiences highlight the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff, making storage rental straightforward and pleasant. The company continues to improve its service to ensure customer satisfaction.
