seems all the men there has an attitude or a chip on their shoulder. the men inside know more than you, just ask them. the women are nice, but heard it sold and its gotten even worse. the general manager for potters came from lowes and brought a power trip attitude also. just not a happy place.

Horrible customer service. They make you feel like it is an inconvenience for them to help you. I asked a worker behind the counter if she could scan an item for me and check the price, she replied “can’t you just look on the price posted on the shelf?” There was no price. This is just one example. I have never had a good experience.

Always helpfull staff, have almost always found what im looking for there, and prices are alway reasonable. I kike doing business with a local store, my biggest ding with them is their location isnt the handiest. But, its not seriously out of the way. Great people to do business with
