The amount of money they charge for a unit is ridiculous. They have changed management several times. My mother had one where the payments were automatically taken out monthly. After emptying two other units she was still charged for the following month, and had two other charges to her checking account from them. Said they didn't do and and had no record. That the bank had made the mistake. Not buying it.

I reached out to Go Store It as I am relocating from Georgia to Tennessee. I spoke with Angie on the phone and she was very helpful in assisting me through the process of getting a storage unit reserved online. I think I am going to be very pleased that I selected Go Store It when there were several other storage businesses in the town I am moving to.
