My fifth wheel camper awning was busted due to wind catching it.Perry worked hard to get me exactly what I needed. I wanted to install it myself to cut out some cost so Perry gave me some helpful tips to make my install easy. Perry asked for and we provided pictures of the damage to our motorhome and the paperwork from our insurance company and he would give an estimate of the cost of the repairs. Not having had any prior claims we didn't know how badly progressive low balled our claim (we got an estimate from a reputable rv body shop).Rather than tell us about the huge discrepancy Perry has ignored our phone calls and voicemails for over a week. His lack of follow through and the common courtesy of returning multiple phone callswould concern me if I needed to follow up on any work that he might have done on my rig
