So glad its here. I was just visiting relatives and staying at the rental cabins on Lake Tansi. Is so great that I did not have to drive into town to get items. Of course there is not a big city here so it does not have everything. But I knew that when I came to the area. The staff was better then many of the employees I have run into in my 70 years of traveling the world. there was a young man there who did not make me feel like an old fool like so many do. I wish there where more people like that in customer service. they should be honored to have such great people like him there. IF l I was in charge I would want to make sure to pay a fair wage to keep people like him. I don't know the names of the employees there. But I thought of referring him to my friends who have own there own business else where. k peace

Apparent unnecessary rudeness. I won't shop here. I won't recommend. Drive to another one. I've had several unpleasant moments here. Was informed today that a family member was given a hard time and I wish I would have been there to resolve. Will be calling head quarters.

The staff here is great! The location is great. The main problem is the restocking method used. All of the carts containing stock are pushed out onto the sales floor at the same time, while the couple of employees are usually at the front checkout area.I understand that they need to serve customers, but having 5 or 6 stock carts clogging up the aisles, with empty boxes stacked on the floor around the area, makes it too hard to navigate the store while shopping. I'm not really claustrophobic, but I really cannot stand being in the store for more than a couple of minutes. I don't think it is very safe, either. If a fire were to break out, there is no way you could escape without tripping over something.
