Rodney and staff at the ETFord Body Shop did and outstanding job on my Subaru. They made sure that it was done on time for my son and grandson to pick up the car after traveling from northern IL to get the car. Also, thanks to Vickie for getting me on the schedule earlier that planned originally. I will gladly use their services again if needed (hope not). I was treated with courtesy and respect. Had check engine light and came in for service. Diagnosis was quick and tech completed tge needed work in a very timely manner. Service desk rep was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress and cost. Great service!

Had a scheduled appointment from several weeks ago to take care of a recall on my ford explorer. Drove almost 2 hours and showed up on time. Shortly after arriving, I was told they did not have the parts to handle the recall. Surely the service department could have called me to let me know the situation. They knew the recall that was to be done in order to get necessary parts. Poor customer service. I will never be back to this dealership. Perhaps a gas gift card or voucher would have made the trip a little more tolerable.

After purchase is more important than the sales experience!A week ago I would have told anyone that this was the only place I’d by a truck- but now I’ll probably never by another from here- when I bought my truck the sales guy seemed awesome and willing to fix the issues my used purchase had- one of the big ones was an engine oil leak- he even took the truck and gave me a loaner- couple days later alls fixed I’m told-In the two years and only 15k miles I’ve had the truck all services have been threw ETN fords shop- even some minor body damage from a fender bender was repaired by their shop- but this last oil change the tech noted that oil leak- and I pointed out that should have been fixed when I bought it- Thomas in service searched both dealers records and turns out I was lied to and it was never fixed- Thomas says I need to speak to the sales manager-Even tho this repair was part of the deal- sales manager says it’s been to long- even tho they’ve been the only ones to work on it- it should have been noted on an inspection (the stuff they mess up on inspections is another story)So even tho it was part of the deal and they lied to me at that time saying it was done- now that it’s an issue they say the might be able to cover half the repair- for something they should have already fixed and lied about-Any dealer can be awesome at the time of sale- but remember after purchase experience is even more important because owning the truck is more than the purchase- and how they treat you after they get your money speaks volumesSo the numerous friends and family I’ve pointed to ETN Ford because I told them they were awesome- I now feel like I’ve lied to them because ETN Ford lied to me

We came in today looking to purchase a vehicle for our son. Matthew Hopko was our sales guy. He made the process so enjoyable. We did end up purchasing a truck. We laughed and had such a good time with Matt that we will for sure be back to purchase another car in the future. We were so glad to hear that Matt was new and we were his first customers. I see Matt doing great with this company he has a fantastic personality. I would highly recommend him if your in the market to purchase a vehicle.

I was very pleased with the great service I received at East Tennessee Ford. Thomas, William, and Doug, the service manager, worked diligently to solve a computer problem with my F-150. Because it was unclear how long the repair would take, I was given a loaner vehicle, a service I did not expect, but allowed me to keep appointments. The communications were consistent. I was also impressed that Stephanie recognized me by name when she responded to my phone call. This may seem like a small thing, but it's not. In fact, it makes a customer like me feel valued. As a business consultant, I work with clients to improve their customer facing skills. The 5 Star rating I am giving you is well-deserved. Thank you.

I had a good experience with Gary Lau . Upfront pricing that they honored after a 10 month wait, because that’s how long it took the truck to get built and delivered. No high pressure sales tactics, just honest dealing. No hesitation in recommending this dealer.

Overall, the salesperson was very good and helpful. Everything was fine until we entered the purchase phase. Then the waiting periods between one step or the other became excessive. It was as if our time was completely irrelevant there.It was definitely annoying. And the “it will be just a few minutes” became upsetting because we were being lied to.There’s no excuse for that.
