I just want to say that I was in the shop when the lady was in there and got her finger nicked. I’d have been ashamed to have acted the way she did in public. Demanding that an ambulance be called for a finger nick and yelling like a wild banshee. 🙄Even the EMS personnel who responded laughed about what an absurd call it was. If you get your nails done regularly, at some point, you’re going to get a nick or a cut, that’s just part of it sometimes. This is the first time I’ve ever been to Ellusions and I had never met Gracie before today, but she was amazing with me and did such a great job on my nails. I absolutely will be back and would recommend her to anyone.

I just left the nail salon for a manicure and Gracie nipped my thumb and caused it to bleed I went into a panic attack and called the ambulance it didn't stop bleeding until the ambulance arrived, p she wouldn't continue the manicure was extremely nervous at that point but she did file them down for me

I visited Ellusions for a haircut after being unsatisfied with a previous cut from another business. Storie was incredibly kind and empathetic to my situation. I highly recommend Ellusions, as the service exceeded my expectations, and the environment was very comfortable.

nice salon. decent haircut but way out of my league. $760 for extensions?!! I had no idea it cost that much to have a few short extensions put in just to make thin hair more full...wow.
