“We were in Crossville from out of state to bury my Daddy and called the night before the service and Hatler Florist were so friendly and accommodating and able to make us a beautiful large funeral arrangement to have at his gravesite the next morning. I picked it up that morning and made another last minute request, 10 white roses for family members to be able to lay on his gravesite and they made it happen. So friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with, especially during a very difficult time. Thank you!!”

“My dear friends 28yr old daughter passed away very unexpectedly. My friend was even more distressed by the fact that due to financial difficulties there wasn't going to be any flowers so I decided to do a casket cover myself using ferns and wildflowers. I quickly realized that you need a special (expensive online) container and that it would never arrive in time. I looked on Google maps and Gifts from the Heart was nearby. It was almost closing on Friday afternoon when I ran in and explained, they were extremely nice and sold me the container for half the online price. Nice nice people . As you can see it came out beautifully and the family was so happy.”
