Will never be back here, they ask for photo ID for even just 5 dollar purchases if you use a card. My fiancee had left her ID at home so we couldn't buy anything. Everytime I've been here the employees have been very uppity or rude or had some small backhanded comment to make, always something to remind me why I don't like going in there. They price match items with ebay which in my opinion defeats the entire purchase of a thrift store. Those items were given to them in the first place for completely free. Don't waste your time or your money here.

0 stars was not an option..the people running the store are more friendly compassionate and christian like than ones working in financial aid office..unless you are dying and on your last leg..go elsewhere..they just want to micromanage reasons for why you need assistance and micromanage your lifes choices making you feel worthless.organizations who go through them for financial assistance should use somebody else.Maybe they need to micromanage having a heart and God in their life...

Really really really picky about what they take. Pristine condition good stuff and they turn their nose up at it.

My wife paid for a piece of furniture on a Saturday morning and was given a receipt and told we could come pick it up Monday once we acquired a vehicle suitable to do so. We arrive Monday to pick it up to find it had been sold to someone else.

Just tried to donate a dining set and because there were some scratches and a small corner needed some putty and sanding (which maybe the new owner might have enjoyed a redo), they REFUSED the table (but took the chairs, which broke up the set)!!
I guess my question is (other than the scratches and repair corner....its a solid table) when did donation centers become so boujie?? They got something for FREE (didn't even offer a tax receipt) and they'll turn around and sell for top dollar!! Good Samaritan my butt!! This is NOT helping our community!!

I’ve loved this thrift for many years but I feel like this place is greedy. They won’t price anything that doesn’t have a tag on it. They google all of their stuff and price it high as they can. I know people want to blame resellers but these people get all this stuff for free?!? They are just as bad as good will. I’m just sooo disappointed and they sell some trash in there, literal TRASH. And I’ve seen many posts about how hard it is to get help there? Seriously so pathetic.

The older lady at the cash register seemed nice, but she directed me to the young lady that was pricing things and she was terribly rude. She came across like she was too good too answer a costumers questions. The pricing on a lot of the products was outrageous for a second hand thrift and more like Ebay prices. I have shopped at this location many times before, but something with the employees and prices have drastically changed.

Wouldn't help my family and I at all in any way unless I had all the financial and personal information of the friends that opened their home to us after our house burnt down in Florida. I don't see any empathy or any good in them Samaritans

Okay, I love everything I got from here. And I will go again because of what I can get for the money. But the workers are just not nice. They circle you while your looking. They get offended when you try things on. They act like buying a lot of clothes in a thrift store is strange. You would think they would be excited about the sales for the day. They do need to work on their understanding that they are there to sell items and have better social skills. A buggie or two is better than one item being sold. And helps you stay in business. Be nice to the people keeping you open.

Rude! very rude employees. Will not take any items donated unless they can make a huge profit from it. Very over priced items for a thrift shop.I saw a dryer that cost as much as it does if you baught it new @Lowes. They are definitely not good Samaritan's.

Down on, my luck came in for food and they asked for me to bring all my bills after sitting with a staff member for more than an hour and going over everything. They said that I did not make enough money to get services… for food!

These people used to be really friendly And helpful at first, but now when you go in there, you can’t even get no help without giving them your life story or asking or telling you why don’t you have a job why this etc…. i’m a single mom I was working at the time when I went into the office three days later I got told that I had to have surgery on my hip and my leg. I wasn’t needing a lot of food because I do get food stamps, but my food stamps wasn’t in me, and my children were needing a little bit to help us get by, so I went to these places to get all the documents that they needed to get everything going as soon as I told the lady that I needed to have surgery, she says well we’ll have to see something from your doctor. This is all I’m gonna saying but I would hate to have to see people that are more needy than me go through the things that I have went through with these people , just to get something to eat. It breaks my heart to think what they might have to go Do all of these things that I had to do? What if? They don’t have a vehicle. They don’t have gas. They don’t have etc…. But To be belittled and it kind of made me feel put down in a way but the people that need it the most yes I will survive, but the people that need it the most what do they do when they walk into that situation? Are they questioned? Do they need all these documents? I’m just wondering because in my heart I would never be able to turn down nobody for no kind of help. If I had it, and these people have the means of helping people supposedly that’s all I had to say have a blessed day.
