“Their food may be a little pricey, but it has never been molded , and the chick's have been taken care of and when brought to their attention if something is wrong they jump right on it and take of the issue. Many people don't like who the company supports, each to their own on who shops there or doesn't. However I've never been dismissed over my concerns the employees resolve it .”

We couldn’t get the kind of Windsor wall stones from Cookeville store we had to order them from you guys in Crossville. He unloaded everything carefully and placed them in the backyard where the work was going on! He made two deliveries both times excellent service. Sorry I didn’t get his name! But he’s doing a great job! Thank you that customer service still matters!”
