“I ordered a special order item and it was freight shipped right from the manufactures warehouse. The box was in new shape and undamaged. When I unboxed the item it appeared to be a damaged returned item. I called Lowes service desk and they had me on hold. Since it was an internet ordered item, it took longer for them to find my order and process a refund. I know it wasn't Lowe's fault it was damaged, but I gave them 4 stars because it took them a day to get back to me with an answer about my order that should have be located at their finger tips. If anyone is getting an appliance delivered, open up the box before signing for it. Make sure the item is not damaged if it is, you can refuse delivery and they will take it back right then and there.”
“I go there to buy feed for my animals every week, and this store is clean and easy to push a cart around in, very shopable! They also have a self service dog wash at this location!”
