I would give these so-called manicurist zero stars. They did an absolute terrible job. All I asked was to have my nail polish removed, Then he proceeded to tell me to to remove it myself. knowing that I was paying him to do it for me and then he rolled his eyes when I said isn’t this your your job, I spoke very calm and respectfully. I could’ve chewed my own nails and probably got a better result

I’m a regular and she usually treats me well but I have to say there are times where it seems like she doesn’t care about giving me the set a I want. I showed her this picture and she asked if I wanted “white or pink” I said not paper white but not pink either I just want it like the picture, so she made it white. And the way she did it was with white tips and clear acrylic because it’s “easier that way” but I shouldn’t be paying $95 for the easier way. Usually a set like this would run me $125 but they said they give me better prices because I’m a regular. I still know ladies who charge much less than $95 for a set like this. And you usually have to wait upwards of an hour for service, they say they take reservations but they just don’t. I’ve seen people walk in for a “reservation” but there were already three people in line and they didn’t have time for them. I want to keep going because I’ve built a relationship with them but it truly is a love/hate relationship. I never complain because if I point anything out they get angry with me.

I never even got there because when I called to ask about a pedicure the man said they are walk in only, which is fine, but when I asked if they were busy he gave me quite an attitude. I'll never even step foot in a place where my first impression is extreme rudeness!

Got a pedicure with Randy today. He took me right in, covered the bowl with a liner, got his sanitized tools straight from the sealed package, and performed a wonderful pedicure, with special attention to my troubled spots. Love this salon... So happy I found LA Nails!
