Just ok. Their online search is pathetic and they excel at being out of stock. Staff is friendly. Not many cashiers. Think Rural King hit em hard. These geniuses in the corporate offices complaining about market share. I wanted to see what type of 16 gauge metal tubing they stock. .....so I type in 16 gauge metal tubing into their search The search results? Gave me a list of tire pressure gauges. You reap what you sow.

We wait 2 weeks to have our dishwasher to be delayed , go be delayed again because it was damaged. You guys need need go do better and get more American made products.

Waited for 20 min for someone to come get a vanity down . I could not find an employee in that side of the store, I had to go clear up to customer service to have someone paged for the second time

Nice changes to customer service. Lots of staff that wants to help. Clean store, that is well stocked.

The customer service sucks. I was with my disabled dad buying him a new grill, i had to run someone down to come out and help unlock the one he wanted then getting help loading it was a joke. First they sent a retirement age lady out who couldn't load it any easier than i could have and then I finally caught a young man who finally slung it on the end of my trailer and walked off. When asked if he could please help secure it, he threw his hands up and said no I'm not allowed and walked away. My dad told me to go back and get the money back, he was so mad at the lack of help offered or even given up on asking. The Harriman, TN location isn't much better for customer service. They all act like you're a bother or burden to them.
