We needed a toilet and installation before weekend guests arrived. in addition to waiting at least half an hour for somebody to wait on us, the contractor was not informed until five days after we made the purchase. We were informed by email that the toilet was not scheduled to be installed until three days after we needed it. I have done business with Lowes stores for 20 years. During those years, customer service has steadily declined to the point that it's almost non-existent.

Had 4 went to a 2 and now if I could give a zero I would absolutely no customer service here just will Never walk in the store again. Bad thing is this is my hometown store I have done a lot of business in this store. I own a construction company And you used to be able to get a +service here. For now on I will go out of my way to go to a home depot

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a dishwasher about 4 years ago. Within a year a rubber boot dry rotted and needed to be replaced. We contacted Lowe’s and we were told you have to buy the whole motor, that it wasn’t replaceable alone. We contacted other appliance stores and they verified this. I bought a washer from Lowes about 1 1/2 years ago. It broke down in July 2023. To this day I can’t find anyone to fix it. January 8th 2023 I bought a stove from Lowes. It broke down last Saturday. I should mention we paid for the extended warranty on everything. I personally went to Lowes after getting nowhere on the phone. They are refusing to help me find someone to fix my appliances. They’ve given me a phone number for service that nobody answers. I will never step foot in a Lowes store again. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money and then refuse to help you!

Again went to Lowes website. Location was wrong. This company can not get it right. Almost half the time this happens or they are out, even when they show inventory. After three years what they say they don't bet on it. It is amazing that company can't fix their website and give you an accurate count. Very order is the same thing, at least one or more items they say they have they don't. Home. Depot where are you.

The only problem I had was finding someone to help me get something off the shelf. Once I found a Lowe’s employee I waited a long time for them to send someone to help me (after waiting 10 minutes ) once again I had to search for someone to help me. I was there for 30 minutes for 1 item.

I regularly shop at Lowe's in Crossville. I consistently get the best customer service from all the employees. I've shopped at countless different Lowe's stores across the country and have never had so many employees offer assistance even before I can ask! It's delightful! I purchase a lot of DIY materials, appliances, gardening, plumbing, cabinetry, electrical, and household items from this store. Every department has someone who seems happy to help me. The prices are fair and the special sales are always a treat. Way to go Lowe's in Crossville!!
