“My specialty pharmacy at Vanderbilt recommended Cumberland Vital Care for a vaccine I needed after another pharmacy refused to administer it, even after accepting my prescription. Within 20 minutes of speaking to Kaley, my prescription was transferred and they told me to come right in. Extremely impressed with the service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I will definitely use them in the future!”

“I bought some pulled pork and smoked bologna from the staff outside at the trailer. Both were awesome tasting, great job smoking crew! Will definitely be watching for their return to the Crossville store.”

“Above and beyond great service. The staff stayed open later to accommodate me and they were the only ones in town to have the prescription that I needed. Very kind and caring people. I will be switching to this pharmacy from now on instead of a box store.”

“The only complaint I can possibly think of is I procrastinated switching from Kroger to Food City for far too long.Kroger cannot manage their customer base ever since Riteaid closed down. Every single month it was a battle to get them to fill my prescriptions and I constantly had to call and have the script resent and it was absolutely horrible.Food City has proven to be better in every aspect. They actually call me when there’s an update, I don’t have to call them just to get them to fill a script that was blatantly ignored for whatever reasons Kroger has that’s no longer my problem.I highly recommend.”

“The single best thing about the Food City chain of stores is their pharmacy. Professional, courteous service every single time. Switching to this pharmacy, away from the huge chains like CVS and Walgreens has made my life exponentially better.”

“I was surprised at this location. The Kroger is inside a mall. Very confusing. I liked the smallness of the Kroger, very old time. Plus the mall had shops and would be a nice place to do the mall crawl. The ladies were playing cards in the main atrium.”

“Needed a medication not stocked at regular pharmacy, these guys had it in stock and had it ready for pick up in record time. Always a pleasure to work with this crew!!”

“I've always said "I'll NEVER get a script filled at Walmart because the line is always at least 10 people long".. Until the day I had to get an emergency script, and they had the best price for a cash patient. There I stood - 12 people deep in line, and to my shock and amazement-I was being called next in about a minute and a half..barely enough time for me to log into Facebook!! The employee was SOOO kind, and NEVER did she make me feel rushed. So, I transferred other prescriptions there, and I've been going there ever since each time less than 2 minutes in the line. But the REAL takeaway is that I've been on maintenance medication for years. At any time, I have been dispensed a generic that may be a different shape or color-and working in the medical field I never thought twice about it (also bc the label states as such). But this is THE FIRST TIME EVER that a PHARMACIST has personally pulled me aside to make me aware of this. WOW. That speaks VOLUMES to their awareness of patient advocacy!! Well done, Walmart pharmacy in Crossville, TN- well done. ?”

“Very friendly Walgreens staff, from the photo processing person (Laura), to the makeup consultant (also named Laura), and the checkout clerk late this morning, 9-3-25. You guys made a sale today. Extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful is how I describe these staff members. And the store atmosphere was clean, bright, and inviting. Thanks.

(Additionally, I previously visited the local CVS and ended up leaving after a couple moments - as unfortunately a worker wearing name tag and pushing a cart, looked at me, turned around, and walked away in a different direction. Ugh. No one else around. No greeting. No sale.)

Do store managers care about their workers? I hope you do. I hope you treat your workers Better than you do yourself.
(Good bye CVS. Hello Walgreens.)
Thank you.”

“I had a problem getting a script filled here and Ailey (hope I spelled right) went above and beyond to work out an error that the insurance company made, having to call them twice and me back as well on separate occasions. I really appreciate her taking the extra time to make sure I got what I needed! She’s an excellent employee who deserves an extra big Thank You!! So Thank you for all you do. My hormones thank you too, lol -Tish.”
