“They have nice clean units. My only complaint would be the gate that's build to be an automatic gate but you have to physically man handle it open. They try to keep it lubed up but sometimes it gets really hard to open. Other than that it's a great facility. I'm assuming that since its owned by a pest control company they spray around the units because I haven't been fighting off spiders everything I visit my unit like I do at the other place I rent from (different company). Recommended.”
“I have rented from this location 3-4 times at this point. Each time has been very professional, bordering on delightful. Perhaps it is the poor U-Haul service I have experienced else where, perhaps it is not. Either way, I thought a review of this location was in order.The check out and check in process is very friendly and brief, but thorough. The gentleman that I have most often interacted with was named "Ken" I believe. He is an awesome employee! He is helpful, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Sincerely, whatever he earns, it is not enough. His customer service is without peer in Cumberland County.I heartily recommend this U-Haul business and will return as often as necessary.”

“The Crossville location on 16 Dooley street was awesome. I just rented a uhaul truck 26' on two different occasions and both experiences were easy, fast, and affordable. Both trucks were as clean as they could be, both had fuel, both did the job as expected. The owner of the building was prompt, nice, and fast at her job. Really appreciate good business like that and look forward to renting from her in the future.”
