The Crossville TN store is terrible. I suggest make the drive anywhere else. Walmart is right across the street. My last visit, the employees and manager were all depressed, bad mood, miserable all negative vibes. Their bad attitudes made the store depressing. The people that were in there did not stay long, and there were not that many. We had to all check out at the print counter. The manager at the normal register told us that with a pointed finger. The man in front of me checking out was treated terribly. The manager said the gift card promotional item would not be available until September. This is July. Someone did not notify that customer in advance. Natrually it was all his fault by the attitude he received from the Manager with the pointing finger. This did not bode well for my print order. It processed fine but the attitudes of staff made the process a grind. I PREPAID the print order. There was an error when I proofed the item on pickup. When I mentioned it, the employee put on a mean (meaner) face and did not say anything at all. Not a word, nothing at all. The body language with that face said TOO BAD. Finally, the ONLY thing she said I had to sign a receipt that I accept the order and it was fine. I notated the error instead and initialed that. She probably threw it away when I left. There are too many print shops and DIY, go elsewhere but the Crossville, TN location. No one needs to be treated terribly while spending their hard earned money.

Our local store is usually very well stocked and staffed, but this visit suffered from long lines at the register and products not logically placed in the area where one would expect.

You had a young guy, ring up our neighbor and it was 129 instead of 45, he changed that, well my dad ordered something online for 1hr pickup and the guy said it will be ready, well we get there any that guy said we dont have it in stock, if you have a employe there that says oh yes it will be ready in 1 hr, make sure that employe is trained or put the customer on hold instead of wasting there time.

No stock on basic computers, Staples sent my mother to buy some used pc from some shady low star computer repair shop called cyphertek to get a unit that obviously won't work as the software requires windows 11 not windows 7

Cashiers are limited but extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Well I went to return an amazon package real easy, while there I did some shopping and was pleasantly surprised how fun was to look touch before buying. You could tell amazon affect. Well stocked I might start supporting it shop there tech supply

This store needs an overhaul. We receive iPostal mail here. They have lost packages multiple times. Once they opened our package and used the contents in the store! Staff seems to blame anyone else. I'm currently missing a 30lb package that UPS shows delivered. Staples says it's UPS fault. Hey corporate, find my package and let me know changes are being made. Anything short of that, and I assume your 3.8 Google maps rating will continue to drop. A considerable margin of your recent ratings are one star. Want to know what's wrong!? Get in touch. When in needed help to retrieve an email of letter of recommendation off of my phone and have it printed they referred me to a machine which wouldn't work right no one offered to help me I asked and they weren't doing a single thing no customer service at all
