This store needs an overhaul. We receive iPostal mail here. They have lost packages multiple times. Once they opened our package and used the contents in the store! Staff seems to blame anyone else. I'm currently missing a 30lb package that UPS shows delivered. Staples says it's UPS fault. Hey corporate, find my package and let me know changes are being made. Anything short of that, and I assume your 3.8 Google maps rating will continue to drop. A considerable margin of your recent ratings are one star. Want to know what's wrong!? Get in touch. I'd be happy to walk you through it.

When in needed help to retrieve an email of letter of recommendation off of my phone and have it printed they referred me to a machine which wouldn't work right no one offered to help me I asked and they weren't doing a single thing no customer service at all

NOT One star! Stapled is listed As a UPS or Amazon Return center. (NOT A VERIFIED CENTER) NOT FOR FREE as an Amazon return center as stated by owner in online website. I would not recommend dropping off a pkg there. They refuse to print the label sent to the customer via email by Amazon. You have to go through a process of Staples giving a code via email to use when printing your own label. You will have to use your credit card with a charge of $2.55! The clerk told me the charge would be 50 cents. When I presented the black & white label printed on paper & told her, she said well it default prints in color & charges for color rudely. She responded we are not a UPS verified center. Go to Walgreens, CVS or a UPS center.NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Had to fax a death certificate and cover letter to the treasury dept. , Now, mind you, I wasnt receiving, I was sending, so, I used zero paper/supplies and it litterally took only a few minutes of the clerks time, who, didnt appear to be doing much of anything as I went to the counter. I was charged $4.61, for standing there, giving a send to number........ cover page & a certificate. Ummmmm, yeah. What a value.... Not!!!!! Staples gets worse and worse all the time. Used to patronize them all the time.

Advertised as a UPS & AMAZON drop & return center packaging & shipping returns for free. My boxes were already packaged in boxes. Only needed the label printed from email returns notifications from my phone. Staples clerked refused to print label & directed me to a self serve printer (stand in line again at printer) charging me $1.55 & $2.55 respectively. I discussed this with employee who stated, "We are not a verified drop of center". Then she said well the printer defaults & prints your black & white label on plain paper & charges you for a color print. I have dropped off Amazon returns to Walgreens, Kohls & UPS centers who printed the label from the code on your phone directly to a label & stuck the label on your pkg. I would rated The customer service & helpfulness as one star, O or an "F"

The prices never ring up to what is advertised and shows in their displays and products in the store. Then they want you to bring back pictures of all the prices on THEIR displays to confirm their prices.

I arrived at around 4 pm. I had 4 sheets that I needed laminated before the next morning. I needed it express and was going to pay. I was told that it could not be done. So i inquired on how it was possible that it could not be done seeing as how it was 4 pieces of paper. I was told that there were just too many jobs to for it in.I was kind of surprised by that. So I said ok and started walking away. The person seemed frustrated with my frustration and said we have self laminating sheets as I was walking away. I simply said that I would give my service to Wal-Mart. I truly believed Staples would accommodate my request and wanted to do give them my business. But instead I bought a laminator and will be doing my own laminating from now on

This review is about a employee. NY experience was with employee, Johanna, hope I spelled that right. She is in the shipping and development area, where ya get pictures/ posters made. She was outstanding!! This lady has so much knowledge of the store and knows how to do her job to the fullest. I really appreciate the way she helped me.

I just went in to get some copies made I noticed that there is a UPS in there as well to ship packages get them in before 5pm and they will get picked up and shipped out

When I purchased my computer from Staples, they recommended I buy their maintenance warranty. What they didn't tell me is that they only repair computers for customers who purchased the warranty. I wasn't expecting them to repair my computer for free since I didn't buy the warranty but I certainly expected they would repair the computer they sold me and charge me for the repair. I'll never buy a computer from them again.

I'll never buy a computer from them again.

Johanna and Kathie in the print and marketing center are amazing, and always go above and beyond to help us navigate our printing solutions. They always are welcoming and in great spirits which makes what sometimes can be a frustrating task, easier to enjoy and get done. If you need any printing or marketing help, go see them!!

I won't be back. I was browsing the store with a couple of Christmas gifts I had in my arms. One of the employees (who is always rude and looks like it every time I am there) gets on the radio and loud enough for me to hear, while staring at me, says "he's back, he has two security wrapped items" and then starts to describe what I am wearing. I am staring at her the whole time. I understand loss prevention, but to make your customers feel singled-out and suspicious! I don't want to go into a store and be made like a thief! And I didn't realize that going to a store twice in the same week makes me suspicious?! The manager I talked with was nice. But, I am blown away by the terrible behavior and the way the employee treats customers. I don't understand why she was being a b***h to me and singling me out?!?! But, I won't ever go back to this store.
