“I was driving from Atlanta to Richmond, KY, last Thursday afternoon when one of my tires suddenly began losing air. Luckily, I was near the Cleveland, TN, exit on I-75, so I pulled off and called AAA. In about 15 minutes, Joe from Norris Towing & Recovery arrived to save the day. He said my tire had picked up a large screw and I needed a patch, so he put on my spare and told me about a local tire shop that was still open (tire shops close early!). Then he offered to drive to NTB so I could follow him and find my way through Cleveland. Joe truly saved the day by working speedily and going way above and beyond to make sure a traveler was taken care of and soon back on her way. Thanks, Joe! You definitely made a stressful situation so much better!”
“I had dropped my motorcycle that damaged my right pannier.
I called several collision shops but none of them said they could do it.
Contacted Chans and they said they could.
Not only did they do it, they knocked it out of the park.
The color match is on point.
I really should have taken a picture of what it look like before so you can see what a difference it makes.
But I had to write this review because I'm happy with the returned product.
My upper 31L pannier is a little Sun faded,
So I'll probably be back to have them correct the paint on that too.

Such a nice young man and had multiple more after je got my car home safe. He will be out working all night as I'm he has all week since Crossville got hit last Sunday. “Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the repair, the hood was ever so slightly off. The staff noticed it as well and would not accept my deductible until it was corrected, which I really appreciated. I brought the car back a few days later, and they had it fixed within an hour.
I’m not a big fan of paint blending, but realistically it’s hard to find a shop that doesn’t do it and will still stand behind their paint match. Time will tell on long-term quality, but so far everything looks good. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and the professionalism of the staff.”
