“Between their Crossville and Cookeville locations, French's shoes and boots has just about any thing you're looking for. Very few shoe stores offer rack shoes to browse through but French's holds the line and continues this hundred year old tradition! I work for a company that requires steel toe footwear and my last three pair of work shoes/boots have came from French's! I'm working on my fourth now! If you can't find something in either of their locations, you're pretty much blind.”

“Usually, I don't ask for help in clothing stores, but I was in a hurry, so took the offer when the employee offered. She was amazing & found different sizes for me to try while I was in the fitting room! I wish I had remembered her name, but I did tell the other employee as I was checking out, so hopefully she got the recognition she deserves. (The lady who checked me out was nice too.)Cato's clothes may cost a little more, but they last for years & usually don't shrink up like others do. They're always my go-to for capris”
