My husband and I always stay here when we are back visiting this area. We started off staying at some of the larger motels in thd area, and also Jackson.. but these rooms are always clean and the owners are a young couple who are extremely nice.. For an older motel they really have made it a comfortable place to spend our weekends when we come back home.Rooms: Our room has always been clean and tidy.

The owner was so nice! This is a no frills hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. It's a typical mom and pop hotel, which we usually find to be the best places to stay for the price. The rooms could stand some electrical outlets. We had to switch charging our phones. There is a microwave and small fridge in the room we had. We stayed in a non-smoking, and there was no indication of previous smoking odor.I would recommend it as a good stopover while visiting Shiloh Battlefield.

I stayed in this motel a couple of months ago. On the negative side, it's an older motel, so the amenities somewhat limited. The bathrooms are small, and the rooms only have a few electrical outlets (they've compensated for that by installing power bars on the walls). They also don't serve breakfast. On the positive side, the motel is clean and well-maintained, and unlike most modern hotels, it's reasonably priced. Furthermore, while I was out for the day, the staff cleaned my room and made up my bed. They don't do that in a lot of hotels these days, so that earned them some BIG bonus points with me. All in all, it was quite a pleasant experience.

Second year in a row staying at this motel during our annual trip to hike the Shiloh battlefield. The motel is very clean and comfortable at an extremely affordable price. Motel owners very friendly and responsive.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable. Be nice to have a coffee Brewer for coffee in the morning but there are two nearby gas stations to get coffee.Nearby activities: Minutes driving distance from Shiloh National Military ParkSafety: The door did not have a functioning door stop/chain on it.

Leaving one star because there was no place for a 0.Staff very rude and room was in a mess had a very bad smell when I asked for a refund they said I would be on the do not sell room list?? I’m good with that would never get a room there but thank you for your list maybe it will help me in case I forget and try to book a room there. I’m responding to the owners response now.. Why lie about it still won’t help bad reviews instead why not clean up your business it would be different if I was only cx complaining about the roach motel but let’s let whoever reads this make their own decision. Funny I got credited back the money plus pet deposit on my bank accountRooms: Dirty smelly and stains on sheetsSafety: Not clean enough for any person to stay at

Stayed end of March 2023.We normally book at Holiday inns however; this 2 day stay at a family-owned business was a nice experience.May be an older motel, but very clean, comfortable, affordable with Mini fridge, microwave & Flat TV. Owners were friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the area, recommend considering motel.

Very clean and comfortable family owned and operated place! Reminds me of motels when I was a kid! The couple that run it are really nice too! Did I mention it was very affordable too!

Very old hotel, but very clean. Everything from thin sheets, and towels, plugged in air/ heating unit, very distasteful colored carpet and bedspreads. Has very hot water. We had a 3 day stay and had to ask for towels. Very clean, no frills. Once a Mom&Pop motel. In the heart of Crump, TN, closest you will get to the beautiful Shiloh Battlefield.Food & drinks: Puppy's BBQ , Earles Garage and Hegs on the Tennessee river.Noteworthy details: 7 miles to Shiloh Battlefield

I am so grateful I found this hidden gem on my journey! It was clean and in good shape for a GREAT price! (I stayed in a King room, which for my days was cheaper than a double queen!)I wouldn't even consider the room "small"! It even had a sofa and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and not a stain in sight! (I also appreciated that both the mattress AND the box spring were wrapped with a protector. As a traveler I worry about certain insects that like to hitchhike, even in the finest establishments, so to see that they were not only protecting themselves but me as a traveler made me feel extra 'safe'.)The bathroom set up was a little narrow, but I liked that it was utilitarian and tucked away and I didn't need a lot of space to just brush my teeth and shower.I see where other guests have complained about the pool being closed, but I applaud the establishment for making wise financial choices, especially when I can see the money being put into other areas that EVERYONE encounters, like the bedding, cleaning, fixtures, etc. So bravo! And thank you for being here to provide budget mindful travelers like myself a safe haven.I will be recommending you on my Travel Page for sure <3Other things to do/see here: Shiloh National Battlefield Park which has a voucher for a FREE admission to the Tennessee River Museum in Savannah. And eat at Earl's Grille for a unique dining experience.
