Opened account few months ago and what a nightmare. Horrible bill paying system. After visiting Dandridge bank manager, local corporate office in Knoxville and working with a "Client Resolution Senior Specialist", no one has sorted this out. It's been over a month since I have heard back from anyone. Also, they charged extra fees for cashing Truist checks from my own account to get cash at the counter. No wonder why their ratings are so low!

Walked in a branch, and I couldn't' make my first car loan payment. They told me to go on line to make the payment. Went on line, and couldn't find an option to make the payment. Called their number, and after a long wait on hold, got someone that I could hardly understand. I asked for someone else. She was only marginally easier to understand. I was on the phone for fifty five minutes just to make a payment and set up automatic draft so I don't have to go through this again. I'll be looking into refinancing with some other financial institution. Should not be this difficult to pay a bill.

Terrible bank I was scammed I reported it to the bank fraud dept.they locked my acct.gave me no information only saying it's under investigation it will take a week .after a week of no money it was locked in acct due to electronic deposit by employer.my funds were locked in acct.i live on a farm and feed farm animals I buy feed once a week at CO op I wasn't able to buy feed this week because bank locked my acct .I pleaded with them to access funds to buy feed they said I have to wait 2 more business days that was Thursday evening which means I have to wait till Tuesday that would make 2 weeks of my money locked in acct .this is deplorable and just not right.i called to report fraud on my acct.and was victimized by the scammer and by the bank.I believe once this mess is cleared up I'll be banking elsewhere and I have been an acct holder at truist for years.but I will say goodbye soon.People beware if you get scammed the bank is going to punish you for it.

Always go and deposit money and check it has took everything except last three times machine would not take check now it won't even take cash if anyone who works there can you get it fixed tired of having to run to Morristown to put check in bank

Lazy woman at the drive-thru. Never have any problems at any of the other ones but this one I have a issue with every time.

Website hard to use, deposits not counted till the next day even if it's cash, no notice or info on account that a transaction has hit your account until the next day when they hit your account with a fee. This bank has hidden ways to charge you fees.

I would stay away from this bank they falsely accuses people of intoxication set people up for police to arrest.
