My daughter was driving from Nashville to Columbia, SC – a six-hour drive – when her car broke down on highway 40. A friend was driving nearby and picked her up, so no problem. What to do about the car, though? I saw on FindMy that she was in Dandridge, Tennessee. Never heard of it. So I googled something like car repair towing Dandridge TN. I prayed I'd make the right choice and clicked on Buster's. Called the number. It was a Saturday, so I didn't know if anyone would pick up. Someone did. Very nice young man. Said he'd be there within 30 minutes. They brought the car in. Later I spoke to one of the mechanics. Plainly a knowledgeable guy. He described what was wrong, and it accorded with what I thought had probably gone wrong with the car. All worked out. If for some reason you're trying to find a mechanic in Dandridge, TN, Buster's is the place. It looks like a junkyard, but it saved me a lot of trouble.

These guys fixed my serpentine belt after an emegency breakdown on the interstate on a friday afternoon. AMAZING PEOPLE!! Thanks again!!

Just had them give us a tow today and they did great! Needed a tow from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge and they were there within an hour! Fast and very professional company! We are local and will use them in the future if needed!

My father & I had picked up a vehicle earlier in the week, about 2 hours into our trip the radiator on the vehicle went out. Thankfully the closet repair shop was busters. Everyone was very helpful to get us back on the road. They even worked Saturday (closed that day) to get us on the road safely so we could make it back home. Words can't describe how appreciative I am, each and every one of them went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care off. Another huge thank you to everyone at Busters.

They came all the way to Pigeon Forge to tow my 4Runner. They got there super quick, and replaced my alternator within a few days. Great service, good people. We will only use Busters!Services: Special vehicle towing

Called Busters at 11 oclock to haul my truck from jefferson city tn to knoxville tn to the nissan dealership. He quoted me $160(misquoted initially and kept his word) and was here to get it not even two hours later for the price he stated! Cant ask for better service and ill always call Busters!Service: Car towing

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I broke down 3 hours from home and was referred here. After being originally told it would be fixed next day for $300, I finally picked up my vehicle 6 months later after not being able to contact the “mechanic” for months and he tells me that he put it aside and forgot about it and that it needed a whole new engine for $2000. I paid $600 for parts supposedly installed. When I got it to my home mechanic, we found half of the engine missing or broken and none of the work I paid for had even been done. Now, it really does need a new engine because of the damage caused by Robbie the “mechanic” at Buster’s Towing.Service: Car towing

I was stranded in Dandridge, so I called Buster's. What a relief! The driver who showed up (Joker) was quick, efficient, and courteous. Not only that, but he, like me, is also a veteran, so conversation was easy. If you're in the area and need a tow, call Buster's.

So my wife got a flat tire while coming home from Alabama in Dandridge Tennessee. I have called this company 8 times and they hung up on me every time. I am in Pennsylvania trying to find a solution to get my wife home. They were not being very professional.
