I was very impressed with the clothes and the service. The pricing is high for used clothes I believe that should be looked at, because some of the clothes you can buy new for the same price. These are used clothes and should be priced like that.

I have lived here almost 4 years and loved the Dandridge Goodwill! The ladies there are so professional and nice. Billie, Joanne and Debbie are wonderful! Debbie always greets you with welcome to Goodwill and tell us which barbs are on sale. Monday is senior day!

Not a thrift store, everything is overpriced. For example, they have stained shorts priced at $9. No signage for houseware prices, so there is sticker shock at check out. Much that is donated is thrown away in the dumpsters. Consider donating elsewhere where the community actually benefits. I’m just floored that the prices do not reflect majority of people’s income in this area.

Store was dirty. Items way overpriced and a poor selection of items. The things you want to buy are so overpriced you might as well go to a retail store to pick them up new because they'd be cheaper

Overall the Dandridge Goodwill is one of one of my favorite Goodwillsto visit. Everyone is normally veryfriendly, well everyone except a shortdark haired lady. I think her name isDenise, or maybe Debbie…either wayKaren would be a more suitable name.(No offense to any of the nice Karen'sout there). I'm glad they finally hiredthe older gentleman. His name isThomas. He is very helpful and alwayssuper nice. I had honestly stoppedshopping there until a friend of mineinsisted we go. That's when I metThomas. I love to shop there, and I willcontinue as long as "Karen" isn'tbehind the register. I could understandif it was only one encounter, but it wasseveral. As the customer I shouldn'tfeel like I'm an inconvenience. Allbecause the employee has to actuallydo their job.

I had a chance to buy some nice items. I can't get that time back, I can't buy what I wanted now because they are no longer available. Employees buying for themselves is wrong. The associates that were working at the time of our visit made our visit less enjoyable. I wish you luck

Would of been nice if they hadn't been closed for lunch for a hour so we didn't get toook went to the Restore in Jefferson county
