When the dispatch don't sen you out with good loads.They are the blame for you not getting Paid . Does Brown have Loads or just Bluffing there way thru each day? Two new management employees my advise don't say your going to do something and not do it. That's what makes the Company LOOK so BAD. The Company did Hire Two Good Guys.
