I’ve been taking my BMW to Alpine Auto Werks for nearly two years now, and this is easily one of the most knowledgeable and professional shops I’ve worked with. They clearly understand BMW systems and diagnostics, communicate findings accurately, and perform quality repairs without unnecessary upselling. I’ve called on short notice multiple times and they’ve been able to get my car in and completed the same day. Consistently solid workmanship and service—I can’t recommend Alpine Auto Werks enough for anyone with a BMW or other European vehicle.

Fixed clutch on my 2008 JCW Mini Cooper S. Great job, clutch is strong and responsive with much better power to wheels. Price was reasonable considering difficulty of job. Thank you Alpine!

My car is almost 20 years old and a critical part stopped working, making the car unsafe. The part was one that is no longer manufactured, and unavailable through normal supply channels. Arnie and Aaron searched, and after twice receiving parts that were unusable, finally acquired the parts that put me back on the road. I sincerely appreciate their diligence and ingenuity.

First of all I am picky. I know cars , especially European cars. I won't just let anyone touch my car, let alone wrench on it. These guys aren't mechanics. They are true technicians . They don't shoot a parts cannon at your car and hope for the best. They troubleshoot and get to the root cause of the problem. They also look after your wallet. On top of that, they are customer driven. VERY rare these days. You just found your new repair shop.
