I have shopped at this dollar general since I was a kid & as of today I’m official done with it. I am a digital coupon user & I always scan every item before placing it in my buggy. I have never had an issue with anyone fixing my total if it doesn’t match my phone. They can see my items on my phone match the items in my bags. But ever since Connie has been there it’s been a huge issue to get a resolution. I’ve let it slide a few times & went ahead & paid the total they gave me instead of what my total should have been. I went in today & the lady called Connie & explained to her what she was seeing on my phone & in the bags. The lady stressed to her I had the right items for the coupons that were on my phone. She even took a photo of my phone & sent to Connie. Even with the proof she only offered to honor half the coupon & refused anything more. So I left all my items & I went to the one beside Rhea Middle school. I got all the same items, used all the same coupons & had zero issues.

I went in for juice. They was stocking the shelves. One lady moved stuff so could get juice. As soon as I walked away the other employee said the nerve of people can't they see we have a Job to do how rude of her. Well that is my last trip there. I will drive to Walmart next time.

Convenient and usually have what I need, but appearance of store is crowded up and could use improvement. Most clerks friendly and courteous.
