Absolutely horrible, staff was rude and lazy. We bought a couch and a chair and asked if they helped load it they said no but policy says they can get it to the door. not a problem, except they didn’t and were rude and just sat there doing absolutely nothing. Then they started to talk shit about us asking for help.

I found a lot of nice things, and I only spent $25. So compared to other goodwills and thrift stores, price gouging isn't a concern. HOWEVER, I constantly felt as if I was in employees way as they were restocking the store and would get into my space bubble to restock. Which, I get. Yknow they just want to do their job but yikes. NEAR every employee was coughing and the lady who checked me out COUGHED INTO HER HAND, AFTER TOUCHING ALL OF MY ITEMS AND THEN HANDED ME A RECEIPT WITH THE HAND SHE COUGHED IN. Feel how you want to feel about covid and the flu or what have it, BUT THAT IS NASTY!!! AT YOUR GROWN AGE!!!

Good quality goods. I picked up some very nice clothes for cheap price. I can see many clothes here are being taken care of. Not very crowded so I could enjoy my shopping time peacefully. I recommend visiting here.

I will never go back to this store they are careless they let a pour women go to the bathroom when they were closing and she stayed in the bathroom for aleast 4 hours dead they didn’t even check. How are you gonna not double check

Came in 15 mins before close and the lady at the counter gave me a dirty look and I said "don't worry I'll be fast" in a friendly tone and she replied "yeah you better" in a sarcastic tone. Short red haired Karen type. Needs a HR visitAlso this goodwill has nothing in it. I've never seen a place so empty, not their fault I guess but not worth the trip.

Very pleasant young man who worked today made my whole experience. It was my 1st trip to Dayton. He was welcoming and friendly when I arrived and also delivered great service at checkout. I wish I remembered his name. ..Brown hair...young...darn it. Keep him at all costs
