“My husband and I bought a new push mower at Tractor Supply about 2 weeks ago. When we got it home and read through the set up instructions several times, we still could not get the pull rope to extend so that the blades would start. My husband called the store and we were told to bring the mower back to the store since it appeared it was not functional. When we got to the store last Friday we went in the store to get a cart and assistance in getting the lawn mower out of the back of the truck (both my husband and I have health problems). The first person we saw to request help from was Amanda. Amanda was awesome! She came out to the truck and helped get the mower out of the truck and then rolled it over to the outside bay doors and showed us what we had done incorrectly in the set up step. She set the lawn mower at the correct setting and it started right up so we were able to bring it back home. Amanda is absolutely a 5 star employee and an awesome associate of the Dayton Tractor supply! Thank you Amanda!!”
