I want to start off by saying thank you Jay, This guy was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He went over and beyond helping me solve my iPhone problem, he got it fixed in just a few minutes and had a smile the entire time, Verizon is lucky to have him, Thanks Jay !!

Jay gave me the absolute best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! He helped with my iphone my autistic daughter had messed up so kindly. He needs a raise!!!
