There is a lady who work in Store I asked her for iPhone 16 pro Max 1TB she said OK and she got all my information my social my ID and I stayed in Store maybe two hours after when she got everything she gave me 100 150GB I told her I don’t need it and left store so I don’t recommend this store. I don’t recommend AT&T. I will end my 150 stores contract with this company.

Probably the worse service I’ve ever had in the 13 years I’ve had AT&T. Wasn’t greeted when walking into the doors. Waited 45 mins just to be told the manager couldn’t help us and was leaving. The other employee was milking the clock helping another customer and was already helping that customer for 45 mins. We were told we could either sit and wait or come back tomorrow.
There was an hour left before the store closed.
Awful service and won’t be back.
Take your business elsewhere. Will more than likely drop AT&T over this awful store. Absolutely disgusted with the service.

The store was really helpful. The wifi service does not include our side of town. I live behind the hospital, we need at&t wifi available for us over here. AT&T has a better wifi price, for the hard working people and us older people. Thank you. ? Winchester, Tennessee

I spent 3 hours on the phone today to resolve a Google issue with att pro tech and Google without any luck. Walked into the Decherd ATT and Zoe figured it out in 5 minutes!!! This team is the absolute best and are definately great customer service.
