This is the slowest pharmacy ever!!! A family member of mine went to the doctor and they prescribed them medicine. Told them yesterday that the medicine would be ready for pick up after 8pm. Well they CLOSE AT 8pm. Today they go to CVS and are told that they are still working on prescriptions from Monday…..MONDAY!?!?! Why in the world are y’all so far behind!?! You know some people actually NEED their medication. But since they were there to pick it up oh they can have it in approx. 10 minutes…. The craziest thing I’ve ever heard of🙄🙄🙄

They have been messing my refills up They only gave me partial refills now they want to give me complete refills to take care of the partial refills makes no sense at all They also filled my pain medication too early then I had to explain to pain management why I'm totally disgusted with them I'm finding a new pharmacy

Long wait times continue. Whats with the long wait for pharmacy personel by phone, long phone advertisement to get to anyone. Would prefer u tell me if out of stock instead of discover its not in bag. Maybe write note on the bag for cashier.

If I good give negative points I would. My eyes were in pain for months. I couldn't get a prescription filled because my name was misspelled?! Isn't it your job to fix that? I'll answer, yes it is. You take care of all problems with the insurance company that are small and easy to fix. ALL OF THEM. Know why? Because none of that is transparent to the customer. None!! This place hired a new person to be the face of smart alec remarks too. She will plainly tell you, she doesn't care about your pain to your face. If you're in need of a good pharmacy, with a once in a while complex prescription, don't go here. They like easy to fill, zero problems, and pushover customers. They don't know how to fix your problem and they won't tell you how to fix it either. Need to go to Columbus, Indiana and look at how a real CVS runs. You all don't belong in this business. No empathy or compassion.

The longest lines to get your meds ever. This week I’ve sat in line there for 45 minutes total and have had to leave without my meds every time. I’m going to have to change pharmacies so I don’t have to go several days without my meds.

I've been trying all day to get ahold of someone in pharmacy to refill my script for in the morning. They will not answer the phone. I've done business with them for over 20 years and the last 6 months they have been going down hill.

This past week I have tried to get a hold of someone I can speak to about medication and they have us on hold for about 30 mins or longer.
