It's open till 9:00 the lady said so I go in to get what I'm getting and the freezers are down and so I walked out told my husband what was available go to go back in and the doors are locked wythe 8 minutes before 9:00 and she's cutting up laughing in the store with the other employee and had a whole conversation with two other people outside the store before I walked in

I have never been a big fan of Dollar Generals because of the lack of caring the staff give. I don’t blame them because they aren’t paid good enough to do their job. This shows how little the managers care about their business and the people that shop there. The staff need more training. The managers need to actually have some common sense.

The store is completely trashy and dirty, floors haven't seen a mop look like in days , employees sitting down at cash register, it's sad to go into it I shopped regularly when I lived in Winchester, at least my store in Hillsboro is clean I won't be going back to this store...
